Planetarium Negara Group (Saturday Beginners Group)
Every Saturday, 7.30am
Meet at Planetarium Negara carpark - see map below.

Distance – 5 to 6km.

Sri Hartamas Area Group
Sunday from Petronas Station Sri Hartamas, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1
Route – 8km Sri Hartamas, 10km Sri Hartamas, 15km Sri Hartamas – Solaris or 20km Sri – Hartamas – Bukit Tunku

6.00am Start : 15km or 20km
Lead by :

Munning Jamaludin (016-238 8043); beginners

6.30am Start : 8km or 10km. More suitable for beginners.

After the run, from 8am to 9am, join us for fellowship at the space behind Petronas Station. We will serve some drinks and bananas.

Note – Usually on the first and third Sundays of the month, during the KL Car Free Day, our group may move to Padang Merbok Car Park when no run event held there. Details will be communicated via a Sri Hartamas WhatsApp Group. You may ask Johnson Lim (012-657 8111) to add you to the group.




Kuantan Area Group
On the first and third Thursday of the month at Taman Gelora.

Permaisuri Area Group

Lake Garden Area Group
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.25pm to 7.45pm. Meet at the children's playground. You may contact Ronnie See (012-279 5208)
